The ILME CHO 10 (and variant CHO 10L) is a rugged metal hood (housing cover) for ILME C‑Type rectangular multipole connectors (module size 57 × 27 mm, often referred to as “57.27”). It provides side cable entry via a PG16 thread and is designed to protect connections and maintain ingress protection when mated with appropriate bases and inserts.

In the ILME modular connector ecosystem, the hood forms the cable‑side housing into which the 10‑contact insert is installed, then mated with a matching base or counterpart connector.
