RETURN AND REFUND POLICY

If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

RETURNS

You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.

To lodge a return please send us an email at info@aus-tec.com.au

AES/ATS will then issue an RMA Number.

A Return Materials Authority  will need to be completed and returned with the goods

RMA form 2021

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

Your item must be in the original packaging.

Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned
item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.

If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of
payment).

You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.

SHIPPING

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping
costs are nonrefundable.

If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

WARRANTY TERMS AND CHARGES SCHEDULE

Australian Electrical Services Pty Ltd would like to take this opportunity to provide to all of our valued customers this document to confirm the warranty procedures which are applicable to our hardware product ranges.
In brief, the applied warranty is a return to factory base Perth. All freight costs incurred will be met by the client.

Goods provided by state service agents for the extraction, replacement, commissioning, and or recommissioning of equipment is at the customer’s cost.

The principle component manufacture will be required to verify, authorise and accept or reject any and all warranty claims, prior to rectification work being undertaken by Australian Electrical Services Pty Ltd.

Under certain circumstances, a warranty repair may be undertaken at our Perth facility, this Australian Electrical Services Pty Ltd would be considered to be in line with acceptable warranty terms. The decision as to whether or not equipment is repaired locally and/or returned to the factory base is at the discretion of the principle component manufacture.

It should be noted that transportation charges to and from the final repair destination is the responsibility of the customer.

Transportation charges for our personnel to attend locations outside the Perth Central Business District, will be passed on to the customer at the prevailing rates.

Accommodation charges for our personnel attending locations outside the Perth Central Business District, will be passed on to the customer at the prevailing rates. These charges will attract a 15% accounting surcharge.
