The Faber-com VRG Ramp Generator is an advanced control module designed to deliver smooth, progressive output signals for proportional actuators. It is engineered to provide precise ramp-up and ramp-down control, minimizing mechanical stress and optimizing actuator response in industrial and mobile hydraulic applications.

  • Ratiometric output at 25%, 50%, or 75% of supply voltage, optimized for Danfoss proportional valve control.
• Input Control: Two digital inputs for remote command activation, supporting on/off or push-button operation.

Functionality:

The VRG Ramp Generator produces a controlled, time-based ramping output signal in response to input commands. Upon activation, the output smoothly increases to the preset maximum value over the configured acceleration time. When the input command is released, the output decreases following a controlled deceleration ramp. This functionality ensures gradual actuator movement, reducing wear and enhancing system longevity.
